A fun part of learning about nutrition is through cooking demonstrations and workshops, geared for both individuals and small groups. All the dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients and as organic as possible. An important factor in the workshops are the spices: the clients explore their aromas, uses and learn how to properly cook with them in order to benefit from their healing properties.

By looking into the various aspects of a client’s daily life, as well as their present food choices, we will discuss how to make the necessary adjustments to improve their overall health.
